Welcome to the Team
Sally has been a therapist for 24 years and is very passionate about skin care - she founded the salon in 2006 and works part-time in the salon. When she is not busy running the salon she is enjoying her time with her two children Phoebe and Dylan. In 2021 Sally was awarded a position as a dermalogica ambassador joining only 16 others in the UK and Ireland and is proud to have achieved dermalogica's platinum salon status 6 years in row.

Lindsey is our senior beauty therapist, having brought a wealth of knowledge to us 11 years ago and continues to develop her skills and passion for the job. She works part time and is kept busy outside of work with her two children Betsy and Louis.
​
Lily - She is a beauty therapist and has been at Simply Skin for over 6 years she and now works part-time after having her first child a little boy called Leo. She is loves everything beauty from facials to waxing and is our eyebrow and lash expert.
Natalie - She is a beauty therapist and joined the team in 2021, she comes to us from another salon and has been a therapist for 14 years. She specialises in massage and loves all things beauty lashes, nails and also loves facials, CACI non-surgical treatment.

Charlotte - Is our part time reception who is very organised and keeps us busy and the salon running smoothly. She is also working hard building up her skills in the beauty industry. She currently offers eyelash and eyebrow tinting, ear piercing and waxing so you will see her on both sides of the desk!
Nicole - Joined the team in October 2023 and has been a great addition to the team running the reception desk - keeping you all up to date with all our services and products available.

Tayla - Joined the team in January 2024 and is our fantastic Saturday girl. She is on reception greeting and booking your appointments but also a great help behind the scenes helping out the therapy team.

SOME IMPORTANT NOTES TO HELP PROTECT OUR SALON

DUE TO THE INCREASED NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

LATE CANCELLATIONS
We are now issuing a deposit system if you cancel or move your booking within 24 hours. This is a 50% deposit that secures your appointment and is not a charge - you will pay the other 50% after treatment.
NO SHOWS
Failure to notify us you won't be attending your appointment you will incur a 50% cancellation charge that will need to be paid before booking your next appointment.
If done on multiple occa​sions this will result in treatments being paid for in advance.

LATENESS
Attending an appointment 5 minutes late or more could result in treatment not being completed but still charged for.

OTHER NOTES
Treatments are available for under 18's - Parent/guardian must be in attendance of the treatment
Patch tests are required for treatments including LVL, EYELASH TINT, EYEBROW TINT and PRO POWER PEELS. Please visit the salon a minimum 24 HOURS prior appointment. You do not need to prebook a patch test just visit our reception team during our opening hours.

What Information Do We Need?
We need your contact details, your: name, phone number, address, postcode and email address. We will also need information about your age and health in order for a treatment to go ahead.
Why Do We Need It, How Will We Use It and How Long Will We Retain It?
We need all the details above in order to ensure that it is safe for us to provide the treatments you may ask for and also for insurance purposes. We will store your information for 7 years after the date of your treatment, or for 7 years after you have reached the age of 18 if you are/were under 18 when your treatment took place. Our lawful basis for processing this personal information is ‘contract’, this means that we have a legal reason to ask you for your data because we need it for contractual reasons. You do not have to share your personal data with us, but if you do not we cannot offer you a treatment with Simply Skin UK. You must fulfil your side of the contract (share your personal information) in order for us to fulfil ours (carry out treatment).
Marketing
We would also like to send you information about the products and services we offer using the information you have shared with us, but you do not have to agree to this for treatment to go ahead. Reminders of bookings are automatically sent to you 24 hours prior to treatment.
